If you wanna have a compact 7-inch tablet with a standard USB port, and you don't care about a SIM slot or built in 3G, then you can go for iBall Slide i7218. But there are no other reasons to buy this one when it comes to battery, price and performance.
Pros
1. The iBall Slide i7218 looks and feel expensive with its metal trim and polished silver back. The buttons have a nice play to them.
2. Full, standard USB port is the one of the best thing about the phone. Just connect a internet dongle and you can get 3G connectivity immediately. You can plug in a pendrive and file manager lets you access all its contents easily. The sheer simplicity of plug-and-play USB is always welcome.
3. The display is the highlight with sharp images, vibrant colors and responsive touchscreen. Among the tabs of same price range, it has got the best speakers. They are loud and voices sound clear when watching videos.
Cons
1. This tab is a test of patience as it starts and wakes up slowly, performs sluggishly and its touchscreen keyboard seems like a stubborn laggard.
2. Perhaps the biggest drawback is the battery which doesn't quite pull up through the day in standard tests. Besides its lasts for just for just 4.5 hours of video playback. In addition to this, prolonged use causes it to heat up considerably.
3. Just to keep it simple, I just wanna say its overpriced. At half of its cost, we can get tabs that offer the same features. Besides, this slate runs the older version of Android Honeycomb.
